CCDI is nestled in the heart of Albay, City of Legazpi. The Institution is focused on providing quality I.T. education for more than two (2) decades now to the Bicolano youth.
CCDI positions itself as one of the leaders in molding human resources who serve the Philippine’s Information Technology (I.T.) industry. It is a Non-Sectarian Institution founded in 1996 by the late Felix R. Alfelor, Jr. who was then the Representative of the 5th district of Camarines Sur, he was a lawyer and an academician himself.
The Institution adheres to the standard of affordable but quality education, with the aim educating all the less fortunate Bicolanos in the Region. It grants scholarships to deserving applicants as well as government scholarships..
With the advent of the COVID19 pandemic, CCDI will still continue its service of providing quality education to its stakeholders and students by adopting measures and government protocols to fight COVID19.
CCDI believes that education should not be hampered by the COVID19 pandemic, rather it should be a conscious and collective effort of the community and adherence to government health and safety protocols to fight COVID19 and not fetter the education of the Bicolano youth.
